2006 Syrah Two Pack

In the winter months we dig deeper into our cellar to find those more interesting, complex, and cerebral wines. Today we'd like to offer exclusively to our club members a duo of rarities. The 2006 Syrah from Zayante and Nelson Family Vineyard. We only have 3 cases of each available that we have held on to for a long time. Drinking these wines, expect an intense savoriness. The wine has been under perfect cellaring conditions to allow the notes of herbs de Provence and Corrlitos smoked meats to intermingle and integrate. Enjoy these wines with anything cooked low and slow to give yourself plenty of time to savor each sip as they open up.
